Games to play when everything sucks (Bonus Newsletter #3)
PLUS: Insert Coin Clothing discount codes!
Hey folks, and hope you're keeping well.
It's been, and let's just call it what it is, another absolutely dreadful week for the video games industry.
Xbox conducted a mass layoff across its studios with over 1,500 jobs lost, and a lot more to come over the financial year. This is hot off back of the mass Bungie layoffs and the news that PlayStation is winding down disc production in 2028, a blow for lovers of physical media. It feels like there's no end to or escape from the bad news within gaming, let alone in the real world, so in this week's bonus newsletter, I've curated a selection of games to play when you just need a break.
I've also worked with lovely friends of the newsletter, Insert Coin Clothing, to get some discount codes for you wonderful lookingforgame supporters, more info on that after the jump!
